Delete Your Data

Delete Individual Analyses

You can delete individual analyses from within the app:

1. Open the Civil Discourse Labs app
2. Go to History
3. Swipe on an analysis to delete it, or select multiple analyses and tap Delete

Delete Conversation History

Conversation history is tied to each analysis. When you delete an analysis, the associated conversation history is automatically deleted with it.

Delete All Data and Your Account

To delete all of your data at once, including your account:

1. Open the Civil Discourse Labs app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This permanently removes your account and all associated data. For full details, see our Account Deletion page.

Data We Store

• Email address
• Hashed password
• Analysis results
• Conversation history
• Usage counters

Data We Do NOT Store

• Payment card details — handled entirely by Paddle, our payment processor
• Uploaded media files — automatically deleted after processing

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to use the app, you can request data deletion by emailing [email protected]. Please include the email address associated with your account.

Deletion Timeline

• In-app deletion — immediate
• Email requests — processed within 48 hours
