By accessing or using Civil Discourse Labs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Civil Discourse Labs provides AI-powered tools for analyzing content and identifying potential misinformation. Our Service is designed to assist users in making informed decisions about the content they consume.

User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Subscriptions

Paid Lens plans are in-app subscriptions. You buy them in the Lens app through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), which charge your payment method.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Lens account does not cancel it.
• Apple or Google handles refunds under its own policies.
• We may change our plans and their limits. We will give you notice before a change applies to your subscription.

One-time purchases

You can also buy packs of full analyses in the Lens app through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). A pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

• The analyses in a pack do not expire. Lens uses your monthly plan allowance first and uses pack analyses only after it runs out.
• Pack analyses are for full analyses only, and they belong to the Lens account that bought them.
• Apple or Google handles refunds under its own policies. If a pack is refunded, its unused analyses are removed.
• Unused pack analyses are lost when you delete your Lens account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Civil Discourse Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Our Service provides analysis tools to assist with content evaluation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis and shall not be liable for decisions made based on information provided through our Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our Service.
